How to Use
Wet beard thoroughly with warm water. Pour a small amount in one palm, then rub both palms together. Gently massage Beard Wash throughout beard, working up a rich lather. Rinse well. Follow same procedure when using to shampoo hair. Suitable for all hair types and textures. May be used daily.

Deionized Water (Aqua), Disodium Cocoamphodipropionate, Trideceth-7 Carboxylic Acid, Cocamide MEA, Polyquaternium-10, Acrylates Copolymer, Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate, Shea Butter (Butyrospermum Parkii), Aloe Vera Gel (Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice), Olive Oil (Olea Europaea Fruit Oil), Glycol Stearate, PEG-150 Distearate, Polyquaternium-47, Citric Acid, Maltodextrin, Disodium EDTA, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone, Fragrance (Parfum).

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Our company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
Our company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Our store ships to addresses within the UK Territories, and BFPO addresses. Please note that there may be additional transit times for orders shipped to these addresses.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to return it. You must request your return within 14 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used cosmetics, skincare, haircare, and personal care products unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Processing Time
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
