Browse and shop our vast range of items. You can navigate the website using the navigation bar at the top of each page. 

To view a product, simply click on any picture to see an enlarged view and other details including a description, sizes and colours. Then simply select an option size, and click "Add to bag" to buy the item.

You can search our site by item, keyword or brand name. 

Once you have added all of your items to your cart, you simply need to click ‘Checkout’ and follow the steps.

When you place an order with us, an email confirmation will is sent right away.

Please check your spam folder as email can end up there. 

Alternatively, you may not have received any confirmation because your transaction failed.

Items can be damaged in transit. We apologise in advance if this occurs.

Please email us with photographic evidence and we will resolve the issue immediately.

Any cancellations or amendments cannot be made between placing your order and receiving your parcel; this includes address changes and adding or removing products.

Unless faulty; wigs and weaves that have been worn/tags removed or cosmetics products which have been opened cannot be refunded or exchanged.


Usually delivered to UK addresses within 4 working days 8am - 9pm. Free delivery on orders over £40 in a single transaction.

If you have received a notification from courier that your delivery
attempt has failed, please re-arrange a delivery with the courier.

As after a few delivery attempts have been made, the product is returned
to our warehouse. A refund is issued excluding the shipping cost.

Yes we ship worldwide.

If you have an item missing from your order, we advise you to check underneath any packaging in the box and Check your email and order history to confirm the item has been ordered and sent. If your order has been partially despatched your email and order history will inform you of this. We advise to check that all the parcels in your order have been delivered. Some parcels may be delivered separately.

We have a 28-day return policy, which means the item must be returned within 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Orders placed in-store can only be exchanged or refunded in-store.


Whilst we are constantly researching and updating our content and product information, it may sometimes be the case that the manufacturers change the description, ingredients or production practices without our knowledge. For the most current information, always read the ingredient label on the actual package before using/consuming any product. If you have severe food sensitivities or allergies, you should always contact the manufacturer directly to confirm the safety of the product for your situation.
