All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
All orders are shipped via Evri and are fully tracked with email updates (and SMS if applicable). Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your chosen delivery option. We offer two shipping methods:

International Shipping
We ship worldwide via Evri or Royal Mail, with fully tracked delivery and email updates (SMS updates if applicable). Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery option.
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Our company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
Damages
Our company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes or BFPO Addresses
Our store ships to addresses within the UK Territories, and BFPO addresses. Please note that there may be additional transit times for orders shipped to these addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Returns and Refunds
We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to return it. You must request your return within 14 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used cosmetics, skincare, haircare, and personal care products unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Processing Time
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
